The Gate times are currently not confirmed by Bill, the Gate-o-Crat, but should be close at least. Gate shift lists will be up in the near future if you have interest in signing-up.

Currently, there are a few meals left that need sponsoring. Any lands/companies/awesome people that want to donate time & money into putting on a meal for any of the slots, please contact the Regent Gwendair Tryst. We will attempt to help cover the costs of meals for this event from the gate fees. If you want to help out, but the total cost is prohibitive, please send in a proposal for a meal and we can see if there is some funds we can divert to help you help us. Proposals should include the following:

1. Food list and quantities expected to purchase
2. Number of people being fed: 120 (80 for Thursday Dinner & Friday Breakfast, 100 for Friday Lunch)
3. Budget of costs
4. Do not forget to include misc needs in your plan (Plates, utensils, cups, drinks, etc.)

I would also like to put it out there that Xiaho of Crimson Wood was the only one interested in putting together the 5th Anniversary Belt favors for me. His prototype is accepted and he will be making these for all of us. Thank you to Xiaho, and Bill the Nun for picking up this large need.

Last, but not least, I would like to put a call out to anyone interested in donating items for FoM prizes. There has been great support for this over the years, and we have even had folks send in items to donate from other lands outside of Westmarch. Don't overlook items you may have sitting around that soemone else coudl use, but you don't anymore. If its in good condition and clean, that is more than likely something someone else might very well want and need.

UPDATE:
In addition to the Dragon Master Tournament that will be held, there will be a secondary Banners Only Trounament. Since they are at the same time, you will be able to enter your banner in the Dragon Master as well as the Banner Only.

All of the Banners will be displayed at the feasting area, and there will be the following categories:

Overall (Drawn from all categories below)
Westmarch
Land Specific (Must be a current member of the specific Land to enter)
Company/Household Specific (You must be a current member to enter)
Personal
California Event Based (Dunes Day, Rebellion, Darkshore, Feast of Mars, etc.)
Amtgard generic

Other categories may be added if someone can make a case for it, otherwise, I think we have this covered pretty well. The judges will be determined soon, but my first request for Judges is the Regents of each land, unless they are entering Banners, then we can find another alternative. If there is a regent that is not able to judge, then we can fill that judge in as well.

Why Banners? Because they make events/encampments/fields look that much more awesome.

Yes it is and it was generously given over to Westmarch so that we have an event with a decent history for our Midreign ish event. Don't worry, Keluric is the Games o crat still.

Yes, we have added a full Friday to the schedule this year. It was a combination of elements, but this way taking Friday off means you can come in Thursday and have a full extra day. Also, this was doen to allow for greater freedom of the traditional events associated with Midreign, Dragonmaster/Weaponmaster.

It's about a 3 hour drive from Berkeley so not to bad. I know I am going to try my very damdest to go and bring the rest of my lazy legion with me. People from WS should try to make this for at least one day. I have been to a couple when they we not camp outs and they where a blast I can only imagine what they are like now.

Brigade: Hey Kel .. seeing as how successful the CS auction was, we were talking about holding an Auction @ FoM to raise money for SG .. since our treasury is hurting pretty bad. Wanted to see how you felt about it.
Keluric: That's a great idea! We could take donations from all the groups and divvy up the earnings amoung them.

DS '09 was awsome, so I will do everything in my power to make it to FoM. I am unfortunately without a car, I don't think Taaveti is going, so that's out the window for a ride. I was talking to Faye and she's going to have to get back to me about it. But I'll just throw it out for those who might be able to help. I'm in Santa Barbara, so if anyone has a caravan that'll be passing through that area and might have an extra space, lemme know. Also I'd like to help out in any little way I can, but I dunno what much I can do.
