Master Schedule of Westmarch Events

This thread details the next six months of special events for the Principality of Westmarch and its member lands. To make the thread easier to read, it follows a simple color coding scheme. Principality-level and major multi-land events are denoted by black type. Northern Westmarch events are denoted by red type. Southern Westmarch events are denoted by blue type. All other events (companies and households) are denoted by dark grey type.

Please note the above schedule excludes regular park days. Friday parks include Crimson Sanctum. Saturday parks include Crimson Wood, Eldritch Hills, Seven Sleeping Dragons, Siar Geata, and WaveHaven. Sunday parks include Ashen Spire, Silver Sun, Thor’s Refuge, and Wyvern’s Spur.

All events for which we have confirmed dates have now been added to the "upcoming events" page on the AmtWiki. I'm not exactly sure how those feed into the main page, but it was where I was asked to place them. We're on our way!!!

AmtSocial actually has a newish group trying to start an interkingdom newsletter. I added myself to cover the Cali angle. We'll see where it goes, I guess, but it's another tool with which to spread the word on Westmarch events!

After getting permission from Prince Keluric, I started a dedicated AmtSocial group for Westmarch as another way to spread the word. While I disabled most of the specialized functions such as discussions and photo albums -- better to have them consolidated here than in both places -- I did leave the events calendar function up.

To add an event to the calendar in full detail, I need several bits of information. Title, venue, and dates I can grab from above. However, brief description, fees, contact, organizer, and long description I cannot. If you want these bits added to your event on the AmtSocial calendar, please post them here.
