I haven't heard from the monarch, but standard operating procedure during rain is to stay home. Had a certain unnamed Prime Minister not dislocated his knee on a rain day, they might still be brave enough to face the elements.

As for myself, I'm trying to fight off a cold, and my shoulder is still messed up from Midreign. So my participation is doubtful.

If it is raining, I'll be trying to figure out how my car keeps getting water into the trunk. I'm kinda over siphoning water out of the spare wheel compartment.

Drill a drain hole and get a plug. unplug during rainy season. Or just find the leak. tissue paper along the seals and a water bottle might do the trick.
Oh, and don't drill the gas tank, that is bad.
