Once Upon a Time

Once Upon A Time.... In a far off of region of the Southern California lands, nestled at the foot of rolling hills, you will find the bustling town of Medius. Join your fellow party members in the quest of a lifetime. Hang out in the feast hall and play a few card games, or join in on one of our many battle games.

If the fancy strikes you, fully engage yourself in our rich stories, complete with NPCs and dungeons!

While like any Amtgard event, there will of course be battlegames and ditching. We of the Once Upon a Time team want to give Amtgarders something more. We're all familiar with Dungeons and Dragons, now it's time to make that beloved game come to life, complete with monsters, quests, NPCs, and objectives.

Imagine an event with two opposing factions constantly working against (or with!) each other. With roving monsters, a quest board at the local tavern. NPCs and dungeons to work through, all tied in with the lore of the battlegames. Questing begins every day at breakfast and closes every night at dinner, all working towards the final battle.
